Now, before anyone says it — yes, they did not purchase an extended warranty, and yes, I understand that gives the dealership something to stand on.

UPDATE - They still never called…..
We bought a vehicle here on March 4th. Spruce Pine Chevrolet has owed us $500 ever since, and has spent more than six months avoiding paying it.
Our purchase price was negotiated around an estimated trade payoff. The actual payoff came in lower, which should have brought the sale price down by the same amount. It didn't. When I raised it, the dealership agreed to mail us a check for $500. It never came.

I honestly bothered him way more than I meant to, texting at odd hours, even catching him on his day off, and he was patient, professional, and helpful the whole time. From start to finish absolutely horrendous service from this dealership. I bought a truck from this place and I regret even walking in the door. The sales man from the start screwed up my information in the computer so I Had to go to the bank that serviced my loan and get the phone number fixed. Amazing experience purchasing a Chevy truck from these folks! My sales guys, Darrell and Joey, were awesome to work with. They answered all my questions and took care of the questions I had. This place has a garbage looking AI generated commercial circulating. Any business using generative AI for their marketing is clearly cheap and unoriginal. Do better.
Was doing a search for a 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the Duramax 3.0 l turbo diesel. And in doing the search I found where a lot of dealerships in Western North Carolina and Tennessee had list prices below the manufacturer suggested retail price. Except for this group. They added over $20,000 to their manufacturer Suggested retail price. The manufacturer suggested retail price for the truck was 66,000 and they marked it up to $83, 000. Any dealership that gouges or takes advantage of customers to increase their own profit, during a time of high cost of living should be put out of business.
My issues were not with the mechanic directly, but with my "service manager". At no point was I actaully contacted by this person, I had to call them and information was limited unless I asked more probing questions. I felt that she was rude, blunt and CS skills were certaily lacking. In addition, my online service bill stated one price, when we spoke she advised that the bill was actually another higher price and when I arrive in person, suddenly my bill is an even higher price.... Very bad communication. They blamed AI as for why they didn’t get back to me the day I drove 3 hours each way, had sold the car. Had me wait at the dealership for another hour to only then try to sell me a different car.
Not helpful. Salesman didn’t take the time to gather the information we asked for nor try to make us feel comfortable in helping us make a choice. Answered question with a question and was not knowledgeable on the questions husband had. Didn’t care if they lost a sale. Took hours before getting back to my husband.
I had a oil change/tire rotation. I was charged for the tire rotation and filling each tire to the proper psi. That DID NOT happen. Tires were NOT ROTATED and the psi was the same when I dropped off the vehicle. (I checked before I got there). I don't care to pay for services rendered but I don't like to pay for something that didn't happen.
I wanted to give this a 5 star review. I lost my car to Helene devastation and didnt ask for a discount. I was promised a rebate which was unclear in my paperwork (that I never recieved) after purchasing the car. These idiots sold an 80 thousand dollar trucks to a 21 yr old thats been working for only a week.
Truck had issues and full bumper warranty.
They claimed it was his fault. Back window faulty and check engine light on . Its a brand new truck. Prior to this they sold him a 50 thousand dollar mustang as he was employed at grocery store. As a bag boy.
I been around 60 yrs now.
Don't get hassled by these people. They do not care about you. Just your money.

You're going to get jerked around, I know not to expect the most honest interaction at a dealership, but I don't like them being shady. Honesty is a virtue that's skipped this one. When someone calls you "friend" every other word beware.

Was told they would reimburse me for my first two oil changes where I bought a certified pre owned truck. They reimbursed me for the first and the second time around told me they don’t do that. It is a dishonest practice. Make sure you get anything they say in writing or they will screw you over. Will not be getting my business again.

Also called and left several voicemails but never received a call back. Either no one there knows how to do their job or they are not motivated to sell any vehicles!
